Try this quick self-check. Close your eyes, take 3 deep breaths, and observe what feels most “true” for you today:
❤️ ROOT CHAKRA WEAK?
Signs: anxiety, insecurity, fear about money/future, restlessness
Body clue: lower back pain, leg heaviness, constipation
✅ Test: Stand still for 30 seconds with eyes closed.
If you feel unstable / shaky / unsafe → Root needs support.
🧡 SACRAL CHAKRA WEAK?
Signs: emotional numbness, low creativity, guilt, relationship struggles
